Olympic essentials for the spirited toddler: The shades
As a British passport holder and fan of things that move quickly, the London 2012 Olympic Games is a very newsworthy event for me.
I have found some of my favourite items on the web and made some crafty things around my own home that I will be sharing in a series of posts over the next couple of weeks. I will be wearing this incredible London souvenir shirt in all of them.
The shades: Official TeamGB Daisy Sunglasses by Zoobug from alexandalexa.com
These daisy-shaped, Union Jack-sporting frames house full UV protection lenses for those rare moments when the London sun shines brightly.
More importantly, they make me feel like I am walking around Carnaby Street in a carefree, fashionable time my grandfather describes as “The Sixties”.
