I was walking down Burton Way when two private school kids in a Lexus SUV yelled at me:
“Eat your vegetables, not the soil!”

Love those purple doods….so stylish! You look unfussed by the altercation….good, one needs to try (the soil) to find out, otherwise we can’t speak with gravitas on what it’s all about.

Thank you – and I can now say first hand that the soil tastes quite nice. I eat it whenever I can find it now. And isn’t that where the vegetables come from anyways? xo
