Terms and Conditons

1. The Promoter is The {Tiny} Times www.tinytimes.com

2. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or must:

a) have the consent of your parent(s) or guardian to enter the promotion, or
b) be a miraculous writer baby who runs your own blog.

If you don’t like knitted goods or robots you may also not see the point in entering.

Employees, directors, management, licensees and contractors of The {Tiny} Times, its related companies and agencies associated with the promotion, the immediate families of the above listed persons, and the retailers of and suppliers to the Promoter *CAN* enter as you are probably the only ones who actually follow me anyways.

3. To enter, entrants must:

a) fill out the form above with your details and answer the following question: “If I was a robot my name would be…”

Please keep it clean. I am a child and I will be reading these answers.

4. The winner:

a) must nominate the best and most creative robot name judged by me. If I get lots of entries and can’t decide I may also put it to a public blog vote.

5. The prize consists of:

one TOMY Battroborg Battle Arena, complete with two 10cm robots, two nunchaku controllers, battle arena and training drones (RRP AU$99.95)

one “Skip the Robot” toy, around 30cm high and made with acrylic and alpaca wool blends. It will take my mum a weekend, will be made with love and will therefore be priceless.

6. Judging will take place on 6 October 2013 12pm UTC at {Tiny} Times HQ. The winner will be notified by email and I will announce your name on www.tinytimes.com and will post a congratulatory GIF.

7. I will give the winner two weeks to claim the prize, after which time I will select another thing for my mum to knit and contact that person. I will keep doing this until someone finally gets back to me and claims the prizes.

8. You can expect to receive the prize within 3-4 weeks, depending on your location.

10. My decision is final. You can argue with my mum on Twitter if you like, but she will probably just send you a smiley face and this Ziggy Stardust knitted GIF.  Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. All entries become the property of the Promoter. What this really means is that mum may decide to knit other robots based on your name suggestions and you can’t get mad at her or try and make her send you the knitted robots.

11 The Promoter, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with our knitting or  TOMY’s robots.

12. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

13. I love you. And robots.
